What to write about
- A result that looks wrong. This is the most useful message you can send. Include the tool name, the values you entered and the result you expected — we check every report and fix the calculation engine directly.
- A tool you wish existed. The calculators people ask for most often are the ones that get built next.
- A bug or a display problem. Tell us your browser and device; layout issues are usually specific to one combination.
- Business enquiries. Partnerships, licensing of the calculation engines, or use of our tools inside your own product.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to validate calculations for a specific project, give medical interpretation of a health result, or provide financial advice. Our tools are estimation aids — for a real construction project, a diagnosis or an investment decision, please consult a qualified professional. The about page explains the limits of each family of tools in more detail.
